The Executive Assistant in the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor Society (PVCS) is responsible for providing comprehensive executive administrative support to the PVCS. This includes managing calendars and multiple inboxes, supporting meetings, assisting with the collation of documents and reports, and handling various administrative tasks.
The role requires the ability to assess situations, prioritise tasks, and effectively manage relationships both within and outside the University. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality is essential, as is ensuring that all decisions comply with the University's rules, legislation, strategies, and policies. The Executive Assistant collaborates closely with the Pro Vice-Chancellor Society to achieve goals aligned with the office's objectives. This position reports directly to the Pro Vice-Chancellor Society and does not have any direct reports.
