The Strategic Engagement Coordinator is pivotal in the Donor Relations team, ensuring that donors to the University of Melbourne feel valued and engaged. This role involves leading data segmentation and information management, coordinating donor events from start to finish, and supporting strategic fundraising priorities. The role demands strong collaboration, communication skills, and experience in event management and data handling to enhance donor experiences, retention, and pipeline development.
You will excel in written communication, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail in drafting and editing materials. Your strong project management skills will enable you to handle competing demands and tight deadlines. With excellent interpersonal abilities, you will work effectively within a team, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Additionally, you will adeptly navigate complex relationships to achieve positive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
