About the Role: Are you an experienced professional in lease management looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? La Trobe University is seeking a dynamic Leasing Portfolio Manager to lead the effective management of our extensive lease portfolio, which spans multiple campuses and standalone sites.
This role is central to ensuring the smooth administration and management of around 140 leases, covering a diverse range of asset classes, installations, and land. As a key member of our team, you will manage an external real estate management team and contribute to developing and implementing strategies for core retail services and key precincts. Your work will be vital in implementing lease contracts ensuring compliance with university policy, external legislation and aligning with our broader strategic objectives and campus master plan.
