The Manager Procure to Pay role is based in the Procurement and Finance Operations department. This department is responsible for ensuring stakeholder compliance with university purchasing policies and procedures, maintaining integrity in procure-to-pay processes, and supporting the organization’s goals for social, environmental, and financial sustainability.
About the Role:
The Manager Procure to Pay is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective execution of transactional services in Purchasing and Accounts Payable. This role is pivotal in meeting customer service expectations and achieving transactional processing KPIs while ensuring strict adherence to compliance frameworks.

This is a full-time, continuing position (36.75 hours per week) at the classification of HEP Level 8. The salary range for this role is $106,346 to $119,760 per annum, plus 17% superannuation.
About You:
You will have a proven track record in leading a modern Procure to Pay function, with extensive expertise in managing compliance, staff development, and performance.
You will possess extensive experience in monitoring and mitigating fraud and compliance risks, while delivering exceptional service operations that enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong background in providing process and policy advice to stakeholders, particularly within a university setting, leading to improved compliance and operational efficiency.
