Join our dynamic Business Partnering and Recruitment team, where you will collaborate in a portfolio-based approach to deliver comprehensive HR services and advice, both operationally and strategically.
We currently have multiple opportunities available to support the University’s professional and academic portfolios as a HR Business Partner.
In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders, offering expert advice and tailored client solutions, driving the implementation of people strategies, and initiatives, and championing Monash University's goals and values. As a strategic leader, you will lead change initiatives and policy reviews, ensuring successful delivery and uptake in your client portfolios.
Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders in your client group, as well as proactive and collaborative relationships with central HR leaders and colleagues, are essential expectations of your role.
