The Senior Business Analyst will be engaged on the Student Experience Program. The role will have strong consulting experience and expertise in continuous improvement. It will influence stakeholders at all levels and move clients to action. It is responsible for leading the team to define business requirements in order to develop effective solutions, in alignment with the objectives and scope of the project. This may include: needs analysis, gathering business requirements, data mapping, preparing solution design, the identification and mapping of ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business processes, and facilitating workshops. The Senior Business Analyst will also support the Project Manager to deliver according to project timeframes.
The Senior Business Analyst reports to the Project Manager and has no direct reports. It will be situated in the EPMO team and will collaborate with other Business Analysts in order to help support the Centre of Excellence.
