The Opportunity
Working within a collaborative leadership team, a challenging new opportunity is available for a Senior Manager of Business Resilience and Critical Incidents. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for safeguarding the continuity and stability of our operations by overseeing critical incident response and management.
You will develop and implement comprehensive strategies, protocols, and frameworks to effectively address and mitigate potential threats and disruptions within the University.

About You:
We are seeking an individual with substantial experience in business resilience or risk management, ideally within a higher education environment. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong aptitude for managing resources and navigating complex challenges.
Additionally, you should be capable of working independently, handling sensitive information with discretion, and demonstrating a high level of expertise in your field.
Conditions & Benefits:
This is a full time, continuing position at a HEP 10 classification with salary of $132,932 per annum plus 17% employer superannuation, working 36.75 hours per week.
