Estate Management (EM) provides a range of services and advice to all Faculties and Divisions on the Kensington campus as well as the sub-campuses.
Our Facilities Management Team plays a pivotal role in supporting the Estate Management teams through the development and implementation of consistent processes, procedures, services, reporting tools and Facilities Management software solutions.
The Senior Manager, General Services is essential in supporting both the General Services and Estate Management teams by overseeing the management of UNSW grounds, landscaping, cleaning, waste, recycling, relocations and mail services. This position is responsible for the management and financial control of several large service contracts to provide continuity to the high-level campus environment. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for effectively addressing and managing the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
This role will oversee the General Services team at the University. You will be required to undertake and have experience in the following areas of expertise:
